Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Your satisfaction is as important to us as finding the perfect campsite.

Adventure Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bug Zappers & Mosquito Repellents, First Aid items, or opened Health & Safety products. Electrical items must be returned with all original components.

How to Return Your Gear

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For tents and sleeping bags, please ensure they’re properly folded.
  4. Ship Back: Send your return to:

Exchange Process

Want different gear for your next adventure? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify you’d like an exchange and include the new item details. We’ll process once we receive your original item.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

International Returns

For our global adventurers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping costs and any import duties are non-refundable
